Global Nationalism

Dear Reader,  Today is the first Saturday of the month and hence this post will be about the latest news relating to nationalism in India.   Today I want to discuss a notice that the Indian government sent to Twitter Inc.  In the notice it told Twitter to comply with a series of Information Technology Rules decreed in February. In those Rules the government has asked social media companies to comply with the provisions in them.
